We’re looking for a passionate and polished Casual Retail Assistant to join our White & Co team in our Malvern boutique.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves fashion, understands the power of great styling, and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming in-store experience.

About the Role

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised styling and genuine service
• Confidently drive sales by identifying opportunities, building trust and converting with integrity
• Create complete outfitting solutions that inspire customers and encourage repeat visits
• Build lasting relationships with our loyal customer community
• Support visual merchandising and uphold premium store presentation standards
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment

About You

You will bring:

• Previous retail sales experience with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• A genuine love of fashion and a strong eye for styling
• Confidence in selling, with the ability to read customers and tailor your approach
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend shift
