elev8 Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty & Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the White & Co. Loyalty & Referral Program ("Program") - elev8 Rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. program overview

The White & Co. Loyalty & Referral Program (elev8 Rewards) is a rewards program that allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points and receive other benefits offered by White & Co. from time to time.

Participation in the Program is free and voluntary.

White & Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of the Program at any time in accordance with these Terms.

White & Co. may publish frequently asked questions (FAQs), guides, and other informational content relating to the Program on its Website.

These materials are intended to assist customers in understanding how the Program operates. In the event of any inconsistency between the FAQs or other informational content and these Terms will prevail.

2. eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have a valid White & Co. elev8 rewards customer account;
• Provide accurate and complete account information;
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. membership

Each customer may maintain one loyalty account only.


Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned to another person.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. earning points

Members may earn points through eligible activities as determined by White & Co. from time to time.


Unless otherwise stated, members will earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases in their local market currency.


For customers shopping in currencies other than Australian Dollars, eligible purchase values will be processed in the customer's selected market currency. Points will be awarded based on the final transaction value displayed and charged to the customer in that currency.


White & Co. reserves the right to determine eligibility and point calculations and the treatment of currency conversions, refunds, discounts, taxes, and other adjustments for the purposes of awarding points.


White & Co. may exclude certain purchases, products, promotions, or transactions from earning points from time to time. Any exclusions will be
communicated through the Website or Loyalty Program.

5. points value

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged or sold.

6. redeeming rewards

Points may be redeemed for rewards offered through the Program, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

7. referral program

The Program may include a referral component that rewards eligible members for referring new customers to White & Co.

Subject to meeting all eligibility requirements:
• The referred customer will receive $20 off their first qualifying purchase.
• The referring member will receive 400 loyalty points (equivalent to a $20 reward value) once the referred customer's qualifying purchase has been completed and verified.


Referral rewards:
• Are only available for genuine new customers;
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• May be withheld, cancelled, or reversed where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.

White & Co. reserves the right to amend referral offers at any time.

8. prohibited referral activities

Members must not:
• Refer themselves;
• Create multiple accounts;
• Use fake identities or temporary email addresses;
• Publish referral links on coupon, cashback, voucher or discount websites without permission;
• Engage in spam or fraudulent activity.

9. returns and refunds

If a purchase that earned points is refunded, cancelled, or returned, White & Co. may remove the associated points from the member's account.

10. tier benefits

White & Co. may offer membership tiers that provide enhanced benefits based on customer spending, engagement, and participation in the Program.


Current tiers include:
• BRONZE | Core
• SILVER | Evolve
• GOLD | Signature
• PLATINUM | Icon


Tier qualification requirements, benefits, eligibility periods, and rewards may be amended by White & Co. at any time.

11. expiry of points

Unless otherwise stated, loyalty points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

Expired points cannot be reinstated except where required by law.

12. program changes

White & Co. reserves the right to modify Program rules, earning rates, reward values, tiers and benefits at any time.

13. fraud, abuse, and misuse

White & Co. may investigate any suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Program and may suspend or terminate membership where misconduct is detected.

14. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White & Co. is not liable for technical failures, system outages, lost points, or indirect losses arising from
participation in the Program.

15. privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the White & Co. Privacy Policy.

16. termination

Members may cancel participation in the Program at any time. White & Co. may terminate membership where permitted by law.

17. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
