2. Complete and submit the competition entry form.
3. Provide all information requested in the entry form.
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Provide express consent to receive White & Co. and Michelton marketing communications by both email and SMS.

Existing White & Co. email and/or SMS subscribers may enter but must still complete the competition entry form.

Entrants' information will be shared with Mitchelton where reasonably necessary to administer and fulfil the Promotion.

The winner will only be confirmed once their eligibility and entry have been verified.

White & Co. will never require the winner to provide payment to claim the prize.

All intellectual and industrial property rights and interests throughout the world, whether registered or unregistered.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. The Competition Schedule forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
2. Entry is available only to eligible residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over who comply with the Method of Entry.
3. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Late, incomplete, invalid, incorrectly submitted or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter may verify the identity, eligibility and validity of any entrant or entry and may disqualify entries that breach these Terms, contain false or misleading information, manipulate the entry process or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
5. The prize and total prize pool are described in the Competition Schedule. All prize values are expressed in Australian dollars and are correct at the time these Terms are prepared.
6. All gift cards and vouchers are subject to the applicable issuer's terms, conditions, booking requirements and expiry dates.
7. The Mitchelton package must be redeemed by 30 June 2027 and is subject to availability for accommodation, dining and spa services. The package may also be redeemed midweek if preferred, subject to availability.
8. The Mitchelton package must be redeemed by all four guests together in one booking and cannot be separated into individual components.
9. Unless expressly included in the Prize Details, all additional costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guests, including additional transport, fuel, insurance, vehicle excess, parking, additional meals and beverages, incidentals and personal expenses.
10. All entrants and prize recipients must be aged 18 years or over. Any regulated goods or services forming part of the prize will only be supplied in accordance with applicable law and the relevant venue or supplier requirements.
11. The prize must be taken as offered. It is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except where required by law or directed by a relevant regulatory authority.
12. The winner will be selected randomly at the draw specified in the Schedule. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
13. A selected entrant is a provisional winner until White & Co. verifies their eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
14. If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid, the Promoter may conduct a further draw or select a reserve entry, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
15. Entrants must provide true, current and complete information. White & Co. accepts no responsibility where it is unable to contact a selected entrant because incorrect or incomplete contact information has been provided.
16. The winner and their guests must comply with all applicable prize-supplier conditions and booking requirements.
17. If circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter prevent or materially affect the Promotion or provision of the prize, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to any approval or direction required by a relevant regulatory authority.
18. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
19. Entrants consent to White & Co. collecting, storing and using personal information provided through the Promotion to administer the competition, verify entries, contact and publish winner information, fulfil the prize and comply with applicable law.
20. Personal information may be disclosed to Mitchelton, prize suppliers, service providers and relevant regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfil the Promotion.
21. As a condition of entry, entrants must provide express consent to receive White & Co. marketing communications by email and SMS. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe function provided. Withdrawing marketing consent after a valid competition entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry.
22. Any separate consent for Mitchelton or another third party to send marketing communications must be clearly disclosed and obtained where required.
23. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, trade-promotion permit and licensing requirements in the jurisdictions in which the Promotion is conducted. Where a permit, licence, approval or regulator direction is required, the Promoter will comply with those requirements before and during the Promotion.
24. For Australian entrants, these Terms are subject to the laws applicable in the Australian State or Territory in which the entrant resides. For New Zealand entrants, applicable New Zealand law applies.
25. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and any other social platforms used to promote the competition do not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with the Promotion.
26. The Promoter will maintain competition, draw, winner-verification and prize-fulfilment records for the period required by applicable law.
